Oh, yes. First rule of travel to foreign destination choices: If relatives/friends exist there, by all means pile on. First of all, it helps to have a "local" to show you the best, not necessarily the most touristy. Secondly, they ease you into the culture seamlessly by providing of home and of new. Didn't Connie Brockway visit Namibia recently (and scared the poor wildlife)?  |
