Contest Rules and fine print - Trivia contests

Contests are sponsored by Eloisa James on EloisaJames.com solely for the enjoyment of her loyal fans. Have fun - and remember that the prizes are offered just to sweeten the playing. However, just so everyone is on the same page, here's the way the contests work:

No Purchase Necessary. Substitution for any prize may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a comparable prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Use of automated devices not valid for entry. Electronic entries must be received by deadline noted on specific contest page. You may enter only once. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Neither Eloisa James nor EloisaJames.com is responsible for technical failures in entry transmission, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage due mail. Neither Eloisa James nor EloisaJames.com is responsible for any damage to participant's computer occasioned by participation in the promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in the promotion. Eloisa James reserves the right to cancel the contest/sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted. Winner[s] are selected at random from all eligible entries with correct answers to the triva questions received by Eloisa James, whose sole decisions are final. Winner[s] will be notified by mail, e-mail or telephone within 30 days of the drawing. Any prize or prize notification returned to the sponsor as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Except as required by law, Eloisa James will not share entrant information with any third parties. Eloisa James may contact entrants in the future with information she feels may be of interest. Employees and contractors of HarperCollins, Kim Witherspoon, Inkwell Management, and/or Waxcreative Design, Inc. and affiliated companies and members of those employees'/contractors' immediate families are not eligible. Must be 18 years of age or over before the close of the contest. Only entries from EloisaJames.com are eligible. No cash equivalent. Drawing governed by laws of the state of New York. All prize winners will be announced on EloisaJames.com within 90 days of the close of the contest. All winner name listing will be first name and last initial and city of residence only so as to protect the privacy of the winner. Winner[s] is responsible for all applicable taxes.
